The aim of this project is to assess the needs of the migrants from Russia.

The research questions include the following:

• What are the main demographic characteristics of migrants?
• What is the economic situation of migrants?
• What is the employment situation of migrants?
• What is the residence status, motivation, and plans of migrants?
• What are the employment characteristics of migrants working in IT sector?

Expected outputs include:

• Database of responses in Excel
• Excel with figures on descriptive statistics
