Arusyak Voskanian collaborated with CRRC-Armenia from 2018 to 2021 within a number of projects as a moderator, fieldwork coordinator, and analyst. In 2021, she joined the organization’s team as a Qualitative Research Associate and since 2024 she has been holding the position of Research Programs Junior Analyst. Arusyak’s main responsibilities include the design and execution of research projects, data analysis, and the preparation of reports and publications.

She is a graduate of the Faculty of Sociology at Yerevan State University. She specializes in the studies of media, human rights, conflicts, and civil society development, and has authored and co-authored several reports in these areas. She is fluent in Armenian and has a good command of English and Russian.
