Arpine has been CRRC-Armenia’s Office Manager since June, 2019. Before that, she worked as an Executive Assistant at ICARE supporting a variety of activities related to student affairs and academic coordination. She graduated with distinction from the Department of Agribusiness and Marketing at the Armenian National Agrarian University in 2008 while simultaneously completing a Certificate in Agribusiness and Marketing from Texas A&M University at the Agribusiness Teaching Center in Yerevan. Since January 2021, Arpine has taken the position of Finance and Operations Director at the Foundation, responsible for overseeing the financial, administrative and operational functions of the organization. She is proficient in English, Russian, and Armenian.
