Seda began her collaboration with CRRC-Armenia in 2015 as an independent researcher. In 2022, she joined the Foundation’s core team as Program Manager for Qualitative Research, and since 2024 she has been serving as the Head of Research Programs.
Seda holds a Master’s degree in Cultural Studies from Yerevan State University and is currently pursuing her PhD at the Institute of Archaeology and Ethnography of NAS RA. Her research interests include intergenerational relations, transitional processes in post-Soviet societies, family dynamics, and gender issues.
Since 2009, Seda has been engaged in various research and analytical initiatives, contributing to studies on a wide range of societal issues. With over 16 years of experience in research, consulting, data analysis, project coordination, and management, she has participated in and contributed to more than 60 projects. Seda has collaborated with local civil society organizations, private companies, and international organizations, conducting studies that span diverse thematic areas, including social and economic development, gender and cultural processes, education, and civil society.
Throughout her professional career, beginning in 2015, Seda has been coordinating specific components of research projects and undertaking full program management responsibilities. She is the author and co-author of numerous analytical reports and publications.
In her current role at the Foundation, Seda manages a multidisciplinary team working with mixed research methods. She oversees the design and implementation of qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-methods research programs. Her main responsibilities include managing research programs and related projects, developing and implementing program plans with international and local experts while assuring the overall quality control of outputs, mobilizing and managing resources and experts for research assignments, and assuring quality of research outputs.
