Okan Do?an is a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Political Science and Public Administration, Bilkent University, Turkey, where he also completed his undergraduate studies and worked as an instructor. His research draws upon the literature on sociology of intellectuals and sociology of knowledge, and focuses on the debates about the Armenian Genocide in the Turkish intellectual field in recent years. At CRRC-Armenia, Okan will conduct preliminary studies for extending his research into the Armenian intellectual field, through a Hrant Dink Foundation fellowship.
