Survey on subsidized employment for conflict-displaced people

The main objective of this study is to better understand the different barriers the forcibly displaced population faced to apply in the subsidized employment program (TSWP) and to find employment once the program is over. 

Activities

In order to do so, CRRCl collected detailed data from two surveys, one targeting a representative sample of forcibly displaced adults from Nagorno-Karabakh residing in Armenia including information on socio-demographics, employment histories and access to labor programs, and another on Armenian employers. 

The surveys were conducted by phone with participants responding to questions about themselves (and their company in the case of the employers’ survey).
